HOW
TO CLAIM
After the event has
taken place, eligible researchers must send the following documentation:
-
all the receipts and
invoices of the participation expenses claimed (travel, accommodation,
boarding, registration) in original (photocopies will not
be taken into consideration);

the bank information
form duly filled in and signed
to the AIVELA Secretariat
at the following address:

The reimbursements
of the eligible expenses will be made by bank transfer.
Before the reimbursment
is actually made, eligible researchers will be asked to sign a declaration
of reimbursement.
