PRESENTATION

The XXVIII A.I.VE.LA. National Meeting is organised in collaboration with the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Mathematical Sciences of Università Politecnica delle Marche and will be held online on 17- 18 December 2020.
The aim of the Meeting is to present the most recent studies and results achieved and tackle possible problems related to the application of non contact or minimally invasive measurement techniques, inlcuding:

  • Laser Doppler Anemometry - LDA
  • Phase Doppler Anemometry - PDA
  • Particle Image Velocimetry - PIV
  • Flow visualization techniques
  • Spectroscopic measurement techniques (LIF, Raman, etc.)
  • Laser Doppler Vibrometry - LDV
  • Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry - ESPI
  • Holographic techniques
  • Shearography
  • Digital Image Correlation - DIC
  • Moiré techniques,
  • Structured light techniques
  • Infrared imaging
  • Hyperspectral imaging
  • Photoelasticity
  • Image based measurement techniques
  • Ultrasonic sensing
  • Acoustic and Aeroacoustic measurements
  • etc.

CALL FOR PAPERS
Extended abstracts on the topics of the Meeting must be sent to the Conference Secretariat together with the Registration Forms not later than 7th December 2020.

PROCEEDINGS
The proceedings will be published in electronic format after the event by an internationally renowned Publishing House and indexed in the leading databases of scientific & engineering literature, including SCOPUS, ISI Web of Science, etc.

INVITED LECTURES by INSTRUMENTATION MANUFACTURERS
Lectures will be delivered by leading instrumentation manufacturers.

VIRTUAL EXHIBITION
A Virtual Exhibition will be organised in conjunction with the Meeting to enable participating organisations to bring their latest products and services directly to the attention of a selected audience.

MEMBERS ANNUAL ASSEMBLY
On occasion of the Meeting, the Members Annual Assembly will take place.
