Fees include membership to AIVELA, 1 copy of the proceedings, the coffee breaks and lunches, the gala dinner, visit to the Exhibition and daily transport service from the hotels (only the hotels listed on our site) to the Conference venue each morning before the beginning of the first session and back each evening after the end of the last session.
(Lunches and dinners for accompanying persons will be booked and paid for in advance directly at the Conference desk)
