Authors will have 15 minutes for their presentations, followed by 5 mins discussion, and they can avail theirselves of the following
equipment:

* PC (with Power Point application)
* LCD Projector
* Overhead Projector
* Slide Projector

They are invited to meet the Chairman/ Chairmen of their session at the coffee break preceding the related session or, for the first morning sessions, at the Chairmen meeting point just outside the Aula Magna about 5 minutes prior to the beginning of the sessions.

Authors who wish to test their presentation, can do so in the Slide Room just above the Aula Magna.
