The fees include membership to AIVELA, visit to the Exhibition, all coffee breaks, all lunches, the two gala dinners and daily transport service from the hotels (only the hotels listed on our site) to the Conference venue each morning before the first session and back each evening after the end of the last session.
(Conference lunches and dinners for accompanying persons will be booked and paid for directly at the Conference Desk one day in
advance).

CONFERENCE + SHORT COURSE
A special fee is foreseen for those who wish to participate both in the Course and in the Conference
