SHORT COURSE ON LASER VIBROMETRY

OBJECTIVES:
the Course intends to provide the fundamentals of laser Doppler vibrometry for vibration measurements and modal analysis, and offers hands-on experience on the most recent instrumentation.
 
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
R&D engineers operating in industry and executives who wish to further their knowledge of laser-based measurement techniques and their application to problem solving.
 
CONTENT OF THE COURSE:
- Introduction to Laser Vibrometry: basic theories
- Scanning Laser Doppler Vibrometry
- Laser Vibrometry Applications
- Hands-on, laboratory sessions: instruments by Polytec and Ometron will be used.
